About Gaussian
Gaussian is a non-empirical molecular orbital calculation software developed and provided by Gaussian, Inc. The purpose of this method is to analyze the electronic structure of materials, and it is possible to model molecules under various conditions and to analyze their physical properties quantum mechanically.

Pledge
- The User shall take due care in the use and management of the Licensed Software (hereinafter referred to as “Software”) and shall delete all Software in the unlikely event of any breach of the Terms and Conditions or the Pledge.
- The user must not reproduce, sublet or tamper with the software.
- The user must take care of the equipment on which the software is installed and ensure that all installed software is removed before the expiry date.
- In the event that the University loses the licence, for example due to termination of the licence agreement, all relevant software must be deleted by the user as soon as possible.
- In the event of loss of eligibility due to graduation, withdrawal, etc., all applicable software must be deleted by the user as soon as possible.
- Installation is the responsibility of the applicant, and any problems that occur after installation are the responsibility of the applicant.
- Those who use the system inappropriately will be punished according to the University’s rules and regulations, and will also be held criminally and civilly liable.
Download
After you log in to MyWaseda, please follow the instructions below to access DownloadStation and obtain your “Certification Program Number”.
From the DownloadStation screen, select the software you wish to use.
- The installer you downloaded at Download Station has expired and you want to download it again.
- You have changed your PC and want to install Gaussian again on your new PC.
